Set in lovely grounds with log fires in the bar and lounge, the peaceful rural setting offers a perfect base from which to explore the delights of the Western Coast and Lake District. Our restaurant offers a wide selection of local produce freshly prepared, open all day to cater to your needs. Our individually furnished rooms range from a four poster with spa bath and walk in shower, family rooms and a cosy single, all en suite. Bankfield House has 5 individually furnished bedrooms, a lounge with open fire, a bar also with open fire, and two dining rooms. The restaurant is open all day for breakfast, morning coffee, lunch, afternoon tea, high teas and dinner. Our larger dining room is suitable for parties, weddings and conferences.
