Holmwood House Hotel Backing on to a pretty square in York, Holmwood House is part of a Grade II Listed, early Victorian terrace of houses. It has been lovingly restored to retain the ambience of a private home, providing elegant rooms in which to relax. We have a comfortable sitting room with an open fire, where you can browse the information about York. Breakfast is our speciality with a wide selection including Craster Kippers. We cater for special diets, by arrangement. Holmwood House is West of the city walls, which are a short walk away.
