Hedley House Hotel Hedley House Hotel is situated in a quiet residential area within an easy eight minute walk to the centre of York. It has been under the same family ownership since 1984. New conference facilities have been added and we can cater for up to 14 delegates. We also have several self-catering apartments available for your stay in York. Hedley House is a family run hotel which has been in the same ownership since 1984. It was tastefully converted that year from two Victorian town houses. It is located in a quiet residential area just outside the city walls. It has its own car park and lock up garages, important in York where parking is at a premium.
